This week we logged 0.9–1.2 NTU spikes around 05:30 at two downstream taps using a Hach 2100Q; Colilert was negative and free chlorine held about [redacted]/L on grab samples. Has anyone correlated similar cold-snap blips with early pump starts or reservoir mixing, and if so what operational tweak have you validated that doesn’t jeopardize compliance?
