That’s it for this week. Stay proactive and keep an eye on these opportunities—they can change quickly. Best of luck with your applications!

I’ve gotten more traction by bringing a one-page worst-case brackish RO mass balance to interviews — “design for the worst day, not the average.” I run WAVE (https://www.dupont.com/water/wave.html) at peak TDS and 30–35°C with a conservative fouling factor and note how I’d adjust recovery and antiscalant; if you don’t have WAVE, IMSDesign is fine.

Leaning into the hands-on push this week, I’ve gotten faster callbacks by bringing a 2‑minute brackish RO sanity check: quick osmotic pressure from TDS, recovery vs scaling margin, and antiscalant $/kgal at 70–75% recovery. @williams14 I also note seasonal feed swings and a simple CIP trigger (dP +15%) to show I can run it, not just design it; remote managers latch onto that. Caveat: don’t overspec — if SDI’s decent, 4–6 bar with conservative flux beats fancy pretreatment most days.
